Flight Reporting

This form uses the QVA Automated Pilot Dispatch and Logging System and requires a password for each pilot. Change your password here.

  1. Flight Reports are the way QVA Pilots log flights they have bid:
  2. Pilot Number and Password are needed to log a flight but remember they are case sensitive (i.e. use all capital letters in your pilot number).
  3. Flight reports must include flight number, aircraft type, fuel burn and depart-arrive times in Zulu hours in that order: 
        QVF2314 717 5.802 06:20z-06:53z
    QVF2501 DH8 0.78 04:35z-05:26z

    In the examples above the following is true:

    Flight number QVF2314 QVF2501
    Aircraft type 717 (Boeing 717) DH8 (Dash 8)
    Fuel burn 5802lbs 780lbs
    Depart-arrive times
    in Zulu hours    		 06:20z-06:53z 04:35z-05:26z
  4. ONLY ONE SPACE can be present between flight number and aircraft type, aircraft type and fuel burn, fuel burn and depart-arrive times in Zulu hours.
  5. The report will be rejected by the QVA server unless it follows the exact pattern shown in the examples above. Any extra letters, numbers or words will cause a report to be rejected. APDLS MUST be given information in the format and in the order that it is designed to accept it.
  6. Do not report flights in standard hours (stick to Zulu hours).
  7. For aircraft codes refer to the bid you made or to the table below:
